이 방침은 MemoryDot(com.sicu.memorydot)에 적용됩니다.

처리하는 정보와 목적

• 게임 점수, 최고 기록, 언어·효과음·진동 설정, 완료한 게임 횟수와 광고 제거 구매 상태의 캐시는 기기에 저장됩니다.
• Google Play Games는 로그인과 랭킹 제공을 위해 플레이어 식별자, 표시 이름, 점수 및 게임 기록을 처리합니다. 로그인과 초기 점수 동기화가 완료된 상태에서 시작한 싱글·온라인 대전의 결과는 Google 순위표로 전송됩니다. 표시 이름과 순위표 점수는 Google Play Games의 공개 설정에 따라 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 봇 대전 기록은 순위표에 제출하지 않습니다.
• Photon(Exit Games)은 온라인 매칭과 게임 동기화를 위해 연결에 필요한 IP 주소, 세션·플레이어 식별 정보 및 경기 상태(닷 위치, 선택, 점수, 승패)를 처리합니다. 경기 상태는 상대 기기로 전달됩니다. 게임에는 채팅이나 직접 메시지 기능이 없습니다.
• Google Mobile Ads(AdMob)는 광고 게재, 측정과 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적 위치 추정 가능), 기기·광고 식별자, 앱 및 광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 처리하거나 공유할 수 있습니다. 지역과 적용 요건에 따라 동의 및 광고 개인정보 옵션을 제공합니다. 테스트 배포에서는 테스트 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다.
• Google Play와 Unity In-App Purchasing은 광고 제거 구매 및 복원을 위해 상품 ID, 구매 내역·토큰과 거래 식별 정보를 처리합니다. 광고 제거 권리는 구매한 Google Play 계정에 연결됩니다. 게임은 카드 번호 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다.
• 이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변 및 문제 해결을 위해 처리됩니다.

보관, 서비스 제공자와 국외 처리

기기 내 기록은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 삭제되며 Android 백업 설정에 따라 백업될 수 있습니다. Google 순위표와 구매 기록은 앱 삭제만으로 삭제되지 않습니다. Google, Unity 및 Photon의 서버는 이용자의 국가 밖에 있을 수 있습니다. 각 제공자의 처리 방식과 보관 기간은 아래 방침 및 서비스 설정에 따릅니다. Sicu가 받은 문의 내용은 문의 처리에 필요한 기간과 적용 법률이 요구하는 기간 동안 보관합니다.

선택과 삭제 요청

싱글과 일반 대전은 Play Games 로그인 없이도 이용할 수 있지만 온라인 순위표에는 로그인이 필요합니다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 광고 ID를 관리할 수 있습니다. Google Play Games의 게임 데이터 삭제 기능을 통해 해당 게임의 순위표 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 구매 내역과 환불은 Google Play에서 관리합니다. Sicu가 보유한 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제는 위 이메일로 게임 이름과 요청 내용을 보내 주세요. 다른 서비스가 처리한 정보에는 해당 제공자의 권리 행사 절차가 적용됩니다.

대상 연령 및 변경

MemoryDot은 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 각 지역에서 요구하는 개인정보 동의 연령은 다를 수 있습니다. 아동 관련 개인정보 문의는 위 이메일로 알려 주세요. 이 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 갱신합니다.

This policy applies to MemoryDot (com.sicu.memorydot), operated by Sicu. Scores, settings, completed-game counts and a purchase-status cache are stored on your device. Google Play Games processes player identifiers, display names and game scores for sign-in and leaderboards. Eligible solo and online duel results are submitted after sign-in and initial synchronization. Leaderboard names and scores may be visible to other players according to Play Games settings. BOT matches are excluded.

Photon/Exit Games processes IP addresses, connection/session identifiers and match state to provide online matchmaking and synchronization. Match state is shared with your opponent. There is no in-game chat. Google Mobile Ads may collect or share IP addresses, device/ad identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Consent and ad privacy choices are provided where applicable. Test releases may use test ads. Google Play and Unity IAP process product, purchase, token and transaction information for purchases and restoration. The remove-ads entitlement belongs to the purchasing Google Play account. The game does not directly store payment-card details.

Contact emails are used to handle your requests. Local data may be removed in Android app settings; device backup settings may retain backups. Uninstalling does not delete Google leaderboard or purchase records. Use Play Games game-data deletion and Google Play account controls to manage those records. Contact studiosicu@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion of correspondence held by Sicu. Provider data retention, international processing and rights procedures follow their respective policies. MemoryDot targets ages 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13; applicable consent ages may vary by location. Changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
